Can I use a frame I already have with these puzzles?
Our puzzles need our frames to work their magic, thanks to the magnetic compatibility that keeps everything securely in place. Without it, you won't be able to hang your puzzles, unless you plan on gluing a magnetic puzzle together...
Can I switch puzzles in the same frame?
Absolutely! The beauty of magnetically framed puzzles over glued alternatives is that when you want a fresh masterpiece, you can simply remove the framed puzzle and build a new one in it's place, keeping your space as creative as the puzzles themselves.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days in the UK and up to 11 days for orders shipped internationally.
Does puzzleframe ship internationally
We currently ship to UK, EU, US & CA. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout for the region you are in. All shipping feed are non refundable one the item has shipped.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, the courier may reach out to you directly via the email you have provided us to get these paid before the item leaves the depot in the UK. Any delay to payment can cause the shipment to be delayed in reaching you.

What is your return policy?
If you wish to return your purchase, you must let us know no later than 14 days after receipt. We then allow 14 days from then for you to ship them back to us, no explanation needed!
